1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

2. Shipping Times
Because we source our luxury products globally to offer you the best curation, shipping times vary depending on your location:
- United States & Canada: 7-14 business days.
- Europe: 7-12 business days.
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days.

3. Shipping Costs
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100. For orders below $100, standard shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

4. Customs and Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Luxe Collection is not responsible for delays caused by customs checkpoints.
